For a majority of meetings the format is a round of golf followed by a two or three course lunch or dinner. Members and guests are normally required to wear jacket and tie for lunch/dinner.
Confirmation is required to the Secretary at least seven days before each meeting and payment five days, preferably by direct bank payment . The Society’s banking details are available through the secure Members area. If you do not have access to online banking you should send a cheque to the Secretary in advance of the meeting.
You are encouraged to book online via the individual meeting pages (you can also include the names of any guests you wish to bring). You can also look at course details by clicking on the venue picture.
Guests are always welcome to our meetings. If you wish to bring a guest please forward payment together with his name and handicap (you may add this information when you are making an online booking for yourself). Under normal circumstances the guest will play in a group containing his host.
A trophy is competed for at most events. In addition we have three other trophies which are awarded annually and a further cup for the best gross score at a designated meeting.
