The Priory Golfing SocietyThursday 13 July - Effingham
Two short sharp showers were not enough to spoil the enjoyment of the day. The course was presented in excellent condition as usual.
Suffice to say the Effingham winner was Mick Berry with a very creditable 38 points, so takes home the President's Cup. 2nd was Tim O'Donovan with 36 points. Very well done to both.
Team winners were Brian Mitchinson, Ross Michie & Richard Bull with Chris Bell, Yan Hodge and Craig Hodge in second place.
Nearest the pins were won by Brian Mitchinson and Mike Fitzpatrick whilst Ian Burrows was nearest the pin in two. Ben Carter and Andrew Main won the guest prizes.
